Privacy notice

What we collect

Application details supplied by travelers, including passport and identity information, contact details, and trip information. PayPal processes payment details; this website does not receive or store card numbers.

Why we use it

To prepare and review an optional private assistance application, take payment through PayPal, and contact the administrator about the application. We do not claim to file or submit an official government form.

Storage and access

Application records are encrypted by the service before they are stored in Netlify Blobs. Access is through a time-limited secure link sent to the administrator. The email notification contains no application or passport details. Records are scheduled for deletion 30 days after the stated arrival date; unpaid drafts expire after two days. Operational and provider logs may have separate retention periods.

Service providers

Netlify hosts the website and application records, PayPal processes payments and hosted card fields, and Resend delivers administrator notification emails. Card numbers, expiry dates, and security codes are entered into PayPal-hosted fields and are not received by this site. These providers process information under their own terms and infrastructure locations. The site owner must verify provider settings and applicable transfer requirements before launch.

Official service and fee

China’s National Immigration Administration provides the official arrival-card service free of charge. ArrivalCard.store is an independent assistance service and is not affiliated with a government body. Any fee is for private assistance only. Official free form.
