ARRIVALCARD.STORE

Terms of Service

Draft terms for the independent assistance service. The operator must complete and review these terms before accepting payments. The live checkout remains disabled until the operator confirms this review in the Netlify settings.

Who we are

ArrivalCard.store is an independent private assistance service. It is not affiliated with or authorized by the National Immigration Administration of China or any government body. The official China arrival-card form is available free of charge through official channels.

What the service does

The service provides private assistance based on details supplied by the traveler. It does not submit an official immigration application, issue an official arrival card or QR code, determine eligibility, or provide legal or immigration advice. Customers remain responsible for checking official requirements and the accuracy of their information.

Fees and payment

The fee is for the private assistance service only, is charged per traveler, and is shown before the customer authorizes payment through PayPal. The operator must set the actual fee and currency before checkout is enabled. PayPal processes payment and any eligible hosted card fields.

Processing and delivery

The operator must define the specific assistance included, expected delivery timeframe, support contact, and any circumstances that can delay or prevent service. Do not promise a government outcome or approval.

Cancellation and refunds

The operator must publish a clear refund and cancellation policy before taking payment. Check Refund Policy for the draft requiring completion.
